1964-66 Approx two thirds length cabin conversion fitted utilising original “blue tops” as the roof

Still (2022) in the same condition as detailed above

In some photos, the distinctive blue, interlocking, fibreglass cargo coverings can still be seen towards the front of the hold.  These were an innovation in the 1960s and enabled one person to cover the hold very quickly - certainly in less time than the usual 2 hours using traditional cloths.
