Chance 2

The history of this boat is sketchy.  According to HNBC Archive, it was built c1934 for Chance & Hunt of Oldbury, but in 1979 the then owner said it was owned by Chance Glass, which is an associated company.

Converted and motorised by John Seymour (author of "Voyage into England") c1972/3.

Believed to be the only remaining boat powered by a Hotchkiss Cone propulsion system.
